My Approach

I work with a variety of clients from collegiate athletes to recreational exercisers to optimize sports performance, health and general lifestyle through nutrition.  Whether you’re a seasoned triathlete or non-exerciser, I do my best to tailor recommendations to each individual as we work together to achieve your goals.

Standard Appointments

Initial (1 – 1 ½ hours)

Includes:

  1. Review of medical, nutritional, and exercise history; assessment; goal setting; nutrition and exercise recommendations

*Please fill out and send in paperwork at least 48 hours prior to appointment to maximize the time during your session.

Follow-up (30 – 60 minutes)

Includes:

  1. Evaluation from last session; addressing problems/concerns; readjusting/adding nutrition and exercise recommendations

Phone/Email Consultation

Do you have an erratic schedule? Not enough time to sit down in person? Want to schedule an

appointment but live outside the greater Amherst, MA area? Phone and/or email consultation may be the

right fit for you! Receive individualized service from the convenience of your home or office. Or combine

this option with standard appointments and/or walk-and-talks to maximize your experience!

Walk-and-Talks

Let’s walk and talk together while we tackle your nutrition and exercise needs all at once! Ideal for those

who like the accountability of an exercise partner/coach, who desire an in-person meet-up while outside, or

who simply don’t like to sit during appointments!

  1. Collegiate runners, swimmers, basketball, soccer, and tennis players looking to optimize performance

  2. High school athletes (and parents) trying to eat a healthier diet, improve training, and gain a competitive edge over peers

  3. Pregnant and nursing mothers looking to optimize health, make smart nutrition choices, and exercise safely before, during, and after pregnancy

  4. Middle aged and older adults who want to start eating healthier and exercising to improve health, manage stress, and/or just feel better
